Kalie started her career working in higher education, but found herself looking for another challenge after a few years. After tackling her career change with a St Louis sales enablement company, she fell into the unique strategy of lead generation.  In this role, she worked alongside business owners to help them achieve their revenue goals – which quickly became her passion. After watching the buzz around AK Ops, Kalie jumped at the opportunity the minute the Sales Enablement Manager position was posted. Looking to hone in her niche in sales acceleration, Kalie joined AK Ops and became the 10th Sharp Chick and first Sales Enablement Manager!  While she’s putting meetings on the books for nearly all AK Ops clients, she’s probably listening to an audio book in the background with a Diet Dr. Pepper not far from reach.
