Mallory Vonder Haar

After holding positions ranging from Account Manager to Go-To-Market Director, Mallory found herself as the Director of Marketing for the 2018 Fastest Growing Company in Missouri. While becoming an expert at lead generation and sales operations, Mallory’s passion for understanding ideal customer profiles and crafting campaigns that speak to each target market became her mission. In 2019, Mallory felt a push to expand her horizons and found the perfect fit with AK Operations. 

Thanks to her multi-department experience and competitiveness to hit her own KPIs, Mallory embodies a unique combination of target market analysis, unique campaign creation, and setting up at-bats for sales teams. Every day, Mallory deploys personalized campaigns, aligns marketing and sales processes, optimizes the sales team’s outreach, and measures pipeline generation success for each of her clients. Her mission is to provide business owners with creativity and visibility so they know exactly how to grow and what’s needed to get there. While she may be testing a new “hip” sequence or crafting ABM campaigns, Mallory ultimately helps creates scalable, long-term solutions to bring in revenue for all her clients. Mallory is truly the sales enablement ninja behind the top sales reps supported by AK Operations.  

Mallory lives in St. Louis with her husband and 2 dogs, – Hermann and Brooks. She enjoys morning jogs, weekend trips to wine country, or just spending time with her big Italian family.
