It all started in summer of 2018 and like a rocketship, Amy and her team are now helping companies across the country accelerate their revenue growth and optimize their sales enablement techniques. Sounds incredible right? We think so!

Meet Amy

After a decade running sales and marketing operations in pursuit of grabbing market share as quickly as possible, I learned how to effectively leverage automation so my reps could operate as efficiently as possible. I loved being the utility player and quickly fell in love with mastering lead-to-pipeline generation. In the summer of 2018, AK Ops went from a “someday” plan to “I’m ready!” and I never looked back.

Since then, I’ve found some of the sharpest chicks with hustle in their blood to join me: Mallory, Sara and Shelby. Our mission is to support sales teams across the country with meaningful campaigns and operations. We leverage digital marketing and lead generation strategies to build, launch and teach sales enablement processes for startup and SMB businesses. Our strategies have clear processes, are easy to adopt and include accurate reporting for scalable and ongoing success. Since starting AK Operations, I have rapidly earned a proven track record for developing aggressive programs that have generated millions of dollars in incremental revenue for my clients.

I live in St. Louis with my husband and three kids under five, and I manage the daily operations and client success of AK Ops. I spend most of my days working remotely from coffee shops in a pair of Nikes and athletic clothes. Little do the other coffee lovers know, those lattes are helping me generate millions in sales opportunities from the corner booth. I love the juggle of mom-life  and am completely obsessed with the impact AK Ops has had on each client’s history. And, as always, thanks be to Him.

Meet Mallory

Mallory lives with her fiancé in St. Louis where she enjoys morning runs, winery trips, or just spending time with her 2 dogs – Hermann and Brooks. After holding positions ranging from Account Manager to Go-To-Market Strategist, Mallory found herself as the Director of Marketing for the 2018 Fastest Growing Company in Missouri. While becoming an expert at lead generation, Mallory’s passion to understanding ideal customer profiles and crafting campaigns that speak to each target market became her mission. In 2019, Mallory felt a push to dive deeper and found the perfect fit with AK Operations. Thanks to her multi-department experience and competitiveness to hit her own KPIs, Mallory embodies a unique combination of connecting campaigns to at-bats for sales teams. Every day, Mallory deploys personalized campaigns, aligns marketing and sales processes, and measures pipeline generation success for each of her clients. While she may be diligently working in your local coffee shop, Mallory helps create scalable, long-term solutions to bring in revenue for all her clients. Mallory is truly the sales enablement ninja behind the top sales reps supported by AK Operations.

Meet Shelby

Shelby got her first taste of startups in a SaaS sales role in 2016, and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced competitiveness of the business. It didn’t take long to realize, however, that she had an affinity for making the tech stack work smarter for the lean sales team. Her ability to learn quickly and implement organization-wide change allowed her to wear many hats during this time. From database configuration, creating sales development programs, financial reporting, and sales KPI planning and managing, Shelby quickly realized her skill set was rare. When the opportunity to be part of a company of like-minded individuals who passionately enjoy moving quickly to produce business results for startup companies came along, Shelby jumped. She now spends her days entrenched in complex databases and special projects, working across multiple technology platforms to put together custom processes that work hard for her clients. Shelby lives with her partner and two small children in St. Louis. Contrary to the hustle of her day job, Shelby enjoys slower-paced weekends outdoors with her friends and family.

Originally from Wisconsin, Sara moved to St. Louis in 2012 and hasn’t looked back. After 4 years in both financial services and consulting roles, she connected with Amy looking for a fast-paced, client-focused environment to challenge herself and found her fit with AK Ops. Her competitive spirit not only helps clients move quickly from content creation to launch, but she’s also creative and always ready to pivot to find new ways to impact pipeline generation. While you can find her working with an old-fashioned pen and paper to-do list as her lifeline, she’s also utilizing various technology platforms to help sales and marketing teams align and achieve success. Sara lives in St. Louis, where she loves to explore new restaurants and workout classes. She believes there’s nothing better than a morning cup of coffee or enjoying a day on the lake with family.
